Returns Policy
All items sold, except books, can be returned within one week of purchase date, provided that the original packaging is undamaged. You will fully reimburce you for the cost of the item but not for the shipping cost, unless the item was shipped by mistake.
If you return an item because that item is not the one you have ordered our company will return the cost of delivery. We undertake to replace products that were sent by mistake with the product that was actually ordered. Our company will also reimburse the difference in cost between the two products if the wrong product you received was more expensive than the product you actually ordered.
Books can only be returned if the title you receive is not the one you ordered.
