Shipping Methods
We currently make sales with the Courier Delivery method. This works as follows: The courier will come to the address you have entered in the SHIPPING INFO section of the REGISTER page with your order. There you will sign for the delivery and pay for the order. The cost of delivery and payment by the courier is 1.80 and 0.50 respectively, including VAT. If the courier does not finding you at the specific place and time, he will call you on the telephone number you have given us in the ACCOUNT AND CONTACT INFO section of the REGISTER page in order to make a new appointment for the delivery.
We can ship items within the European Union, by air parcel post, with payment at the post office when you collect the item.
For international shipping the following rates apply: Four pounds (4.00) per kilo + one pound (1.00) registration fee + fifty cents (0.50) collection charge.
Other delivery methods will be available shortly and all registered customers who indicate their willingness to receive information from us will be informed via e-mail. We will also have an announcement on our home page.

Packing and Shipping
Packing of items in stock is done within 12 hours of receiving your order and delivery via courier is done usually within 24 hours. If an unforeseen problem arises, at any point, during packing and shipping of your order you will be informed via e-mail.
For items which are not in stock packing and shipping takes, on average, 7 to 10 days. When an order of an item which is not in stock is received an e-mail will be sent to the customer, giving the estimated time of arrival and requesting a confirmation of the order
